If you have purchased a new mobile home or are relocating an existing property, the state of Florida may require a pad to be put down before the mobile home can be set. We are often contracted to provide structural fill dirt, which compacts to 95 percent or more and is free from any organic debris or contamination. This material can be delivered to any homesite in the Tampa Bay area. A full truckload consists of 18 cubic yards which will cover 900 square feet to a depth of 6 inches.
